So this was the big one. The wedding of head DJ at Redline DJs & Entertainment - Jon and Hannah!

Jon and Hannah chose one of our regular haunts, the amazing wedding DJ Studio Jones (formerly known as Dalston Heights) and naturally had a selection of wedding DJs from the RedLine roster DJing the big day. RedLine Wedding DJs Vicki Lou, Dave and Phil were all on the decks at one point or another with other off-roster DJ friends dropping in from time to play a track or two!

This is a venue we just love, with such an unusual vibe and lots of fun props to play with throughout the day and the night and we could not recommend the space enough if you’re looking for a slightly unusual urban wedding venue in London.

The music for the reception was all about fun. Jon and Hannah wanted to make sure that everyone was catered for and that the DJs pulled tunes in from multiple genres and multiple decades to get as many people on the dancefloor as possible! Needless to say, the dancefloor did not disappoint and wasn’t anything other than full from start to finish.

As a huge Springsteen fan, Hannah also wanted to make sure there was a good amount of Bruce on the playlist and together they both knew that they wanted a big singalong power ballad section to get everyone going when the free booze had really kicked in.

For the first dance, the couple went for the Phil Oakey and Giorgio Moroder classic, ‘Together in Electric Dreams’ and closed the night with U2’s ‘All I want is you’.

Megan Elle provided the pics for the day and was an absolute star throughout, Kitchen Party totally knocked it out of the park with the food and the booze and Timebus masterfully ferried guests between venues. We really do work with the very best suppliers there are!
